Hi! My name is Eric, and this page is a kind of repository for my ramblings and interests.
I work in the mental health world, but I'm grateful that I enjoy learning in general. As a result, I tend to nerd out in a highly detailed way about anything I'm really interested in. My most consistent focuses are psychology and philosophy, Buddhism, game design, and games in general (TTRPGs and video games).
I've created this site as an authentic extension of myself - as a result, the topics may be a bit scattered, but the "me" underneath will hopefully provide a sense of continuity. I also hope the things that I share will interest others.
